1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Surgery Trust (“we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of our website, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site—source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, and logos—is our proprietary property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

3. User Representations

• You provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information and update it as needed.
• You are at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• You will not access the Site via automated means (bots, scripts, etc.).

4. Surgeon Verification & Medical Disclaimer

We connect you with qualified cosmetic surgeons but do not practice medicine or provide clinical advice. All medical decisions are between you and your selected surgeon. We verify each surgeon’s credentials (licenses, certifications) before they join our platform, but we are not responsible for the outcome of any procedure.

5. Payments & Refunds

Consultation bundles (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are refundable on unused sessions for 14 days post-purchase (minus a $5 fee). Procedure payments are held for five days post-op unless you report unmet terms in writing, which triggers our mediation process. Unreported funds are released to the surgeon thereafter.

6. Dispute Resolution & Mediation

We provide free mediation for disputes first—report payment or service issues within five days post-op, or other concerns up to 24 months post-op. If mediation fails, you may pursue any legal remedy in the courts of England & Wales.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as-is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the six months before a claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
