Refund & Returns Policy

1. Consultation Bundle Refunds

You may request a refund on unused consultations within 14 days of purchase:

• Bronze (1 consult, $99): Full refund minus $5 fee if unused.
• Silver (2 consults, $129): Refund = price − (used × $99) − $5 fee.
• Gold (3 consults, $147): Refund = price − (used × $99) − $5 fee.
• No refund if all consultations are used.

2. Refund Process

Submit refund requests to service@surgerytrust.com within 14 days. We process refunds in 5–7 business days to your original payment method, less the $5 transaction fee.

3. Surgery-Payment Hold & Mediation

When you pay for a procedure, we hold your funds securely. You must report any unmet terms or issues in writing within five full days of your scheduled surgery to trigger mediation. If no report is received, we release payment to your surgeon.

4. 24-Month Post-Op Support

If new concerns arise after the initial 5-day window, we’ll facilitate mediation—at no extra charge—between you and your surgeon for up to 24 months post-op.
